Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Technology Services Group. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support day-to-day operations of our enterprise Linux environment.
  • Will be required to respond to incidents and work to resolution.
  • This may include system performance, hardware issues, network communication, etc.
  • You will be part of a global 24x7 team that provides support for the entire enterprise at the L2 support level. There will be multiple learning opportunities and growth potential

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.


  • 8 - 10 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.


  • A working knowledge of scripting, Ansible automation concepts is a must
  • Must have experience administering and supporting enterprise Linux environments (e.g. Red Hat)
  • Hands-on experience with system monitoring, performance tuning and root cause analysis
  • Must be knowledgeable of physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructures
    Proven ability to work well with other teams and communicate issues and solutions to management

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
