Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Product Owner / Manager to join our Wealth Reporting, Wealth Service Platform team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Own and manage the product backlog and near-term roadmap, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and delivery goals.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies across the pod, track team velocity, and identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency.
  • Define and maintain clear user stories and requirements through structured refinement and close partnership with stakeholders.
  • Guide technical product decisions, monitor product performance, and analyze key metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and data to deliver wealth reporting capabilities that align to client needs, business priorities, and platform strategy.
  • Translate stakeholder feedback, reporting requirements, and strategic objectives into clearly defined priorities, actionable requirements, and measurable delivery outcomes.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4-5+ years of product experience with expertise in creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Proven experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
  • Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
  • Experience working with a WealthTech Platform and/or Performance Reporting.
  • CFA / CIPM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of portfolio accounting, performance measurement, benchmark construction, and client reporting concepts.
  • Familiarity with advisor, client, and operational workflows within wealth management or investment reporting platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex business, reporting, and data requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, user feedback, and business insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centric product capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with reporting data structures, integrations, and platform dependencies that support high-quality client-facing outputs.
