The Opportunity

As Vice President, Product Management in the Payments vertical, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and management of our products and solutions. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, identifying opportunities, and driving the development of innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, marketing, client success, account management, and sales, you will guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

What You Will Do

Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the payments sector.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Develop and maintain a product strategy aligned with business goals and market demands.
• Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Partner with the development organization to create processes around prioritization of the backlog and addition of items to the roadmap
• Track progress against our roadmap commitments

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, client success, account management, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Product Development and Execution:
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, including defining product specifications, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints.
• Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and promotional materials.

Product Performance and Optimization:
• Monitor product performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and other relevant departments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback and insights.

Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the payments industry.
• Ensure that products and services comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed
