About the Role

The Vice President, Partnership Sales, Denver Summit FC will lead the club's partnership revenue strategy and execution, focused on securing transformative local, regional, and national partnerships across all major club and stadium assets. Key responsibilities include driving revenue generation for Kit Placements, Stadium Naming Rights, Founding Partnerships, and other premium categories and integrated platforms as identified.

This role serves as the Legends project lead and senior day-to-day commercial leader overseeing the on-site partnership sales team, with a primary focus on new business development and strategic revenue growth. Based full-time at the Denver Summit FC offices in Denver, CO, the position operates with accountability to both Denver Summit FC ownership/leadership and the Legends Global Partnerships leadership team, ensuring alignment across sales strategy, execution, and long-term commercial objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

Lead Commercial Revenue Strategy & Partnership Development
  • Drive the club's naming rights and partnership revenue strategy across Denver Summit FC, the future stadium development, and related mixed-use district assets.
  • Develop, package, and sell integrated, solution-based partnership platforms designed to meet and exceed revenue goals across key categories and premium assets.
  • Serve as a senior commercial leader and ambassador for Denver Summit FC in presentations and negotiations with local, national, and global brands.
  • Lead category strategy, platform ideation, and go-to-market development in collaboration with club and Legends leadership.

Drive New Business & Pipeline Management
  • Build, manage, and advance a robust pipeline of prospective partners through strategic outreach, relationship development, and industry networking.
  • Identify and prioritize target industries, brands, and emerging categories aligned with the club's long-term commercial strategy.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the new business sales process, including prospecting, pitch development, proposal creation, and partnership presentations.
  • Partner with internal strategy, creative, and insights teams to develop compelling, best-in-class sales materials and presentations.

Negotiate & Close Strategic Partnerships
  • Lead partnership negotiations from initial outreach through contract execution, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and legal counsel.
  • Develop customized partnership solutions aligned with prospective partners' marketing, business, and community objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, agencies, and industry leaders.
  • Provide regular pipeline, forecasting, and revenue updates to Denver Summit FC and Legends leadership teams.


WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of high-level partnership revenue performance; experience selling partnerships for professional, collegiate, or media sports properties.
  • Preferably experienced with new and/or facility renovation projects within sports and entertainment.
  • Proven track record pitching, negotiating, and closing seven-figure partnership deals; strong book of business with senior contacts at large and mid-size corporations.
  • Renowned solution-selling pedigree with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary of up to $185,000 commensurate with experience, opportunity to earn potential year-end bonus based on performance, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
