Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Operational Risk Management (GRC Platform) to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support day-to-day administration and operational management of the Risk Management Platform.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination for user support, access-related questions, issue triage, and process clarification.
  • Partner with business, policy, and technology stakeholders to gather, refine, and support delivery of platform enhancements.
  • Help manage and prioritize change requests, ensuring alignment with business needs, dependencies, and strategic direction.
  • Support rollout of platform updates through communications, training, demos, and user engagement.
  • Assist with transition planning and continuity of support across platform changes, modernization efforts, and evolving operating models.
  • Coordinate testing activities for enhancements, defect fixes, and production releases to help ensure quality outcomes.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, impacts, and operational considerations for new functionality.
  • Provide support for reporting, data review, and analysis tied to platform operations and risk management activities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve user experience, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort.
  • Build effective working relationships across product, engineering, operations, and risk stakeholders to support successful delivery.
  • Contribute to a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Experience supporting business platforms, operational processes, or risk-related systems in a financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities across support and change activities.
  • Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and working effectively with technology teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to support training, stakeholder updates, and end-user communications.
  • Experience with testing coordination, defect management, and release support.
    Ability to work across teams and functions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Operational Risk, Control Management, or related risk disciplines.
  • Familiarity with platform administration, user support models, and business process workflows.
  • Experience supporting platform modernization or transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to reporting, data analysis, or SQL-based investigation/support.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in large, complex organizations.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
