This role can be based remotely anywhere in the US.

The Vice President of Tax and Global Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of the Company's global tax strategy, compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and treasury operations. This role will build a tax and treasury function that aligns with business objectives while maintaining full compliance with IRS tax code, U.S. GAAP and global tax laws. The VP will partner closely within Finance, as well as Legal, Strategy, Business Operations, and external advisors to support growth, corporate activities, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Overview
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise executive leadership on tax structures and implications of M&A.
  • Lead and develop processes, models and monitoring for tax rate and tax expenditure forecasting, uncertain tax reserves, and GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, Pillar 2, and other global areas of compliance.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess business impact.
  • Drive process automation and technology adoption in tax and treasury functions to improve accuracy, efficiency and scalability.

Tax Compliance & Reporting
  • Oversee compliance over all global taxation responsibilities, audits and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740.

Transfer Pricing
  • Own global transfer pricing strategy and documentation.
  • Align transfer pricing with operating models.
  • Manage intercompany agreements and audit defense efforts.
  • Collaborating with external tax advisors as needed.

Treasury & Risk Management
  • Oversee global cash management, liquidity, debt and FX risk, ensuring cash flows to support current and future operational needs.
  • Develop policies for global cash management and intercompany funding.
  • Support financing activities and capital structure decisions, including oversight of all financing arrangements.
  • Advise the CFO on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies and actions.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a global tax and treasury team.
  • Direct training and development opportunities and areas for professional growth for the internal team.
  • Manage external advisors and banking relationships.


Required Skills

  • 10 years minimum total experience in corporate tax and treasury, including experience with national public accounting firm and a corporate lead management role is required.
  • Deep expertise in US federal, state and international tax laws, including transfer pricing and cross-border structuring.
  • Proven track record in treasury management, including FX risk management and debt financing.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and external service providers.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics
  • CPA, JD or advanced degree in taxation, finance or related field preferred.


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent international certification required.
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global operations.
  • Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience leading multi-country teams in a complex, fast-paced, multinational organization.
