Full Job Description
Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Vice President, Sales, is accountable for Haventree Bank's end-to-end sales performance. You will set the strategy, build and lead a high-performing national sales organization, and serve as the senior face of Haventree within the mortgage broker community. You will work closely with executive peers across product, credit, operations, and marketing to translate strategy into differentiated offerings that brokers value and trust. This role is for a leader who wants to build, not maintain - someone energized by growth, accountability, and impact.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead Haventree Bank's overall sales strategy, aligning growth objectives with the Bank's mission and risk appetite.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a performance-driven sales culture focused on accountability, trust, and long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute annual and multi-year sales plans to materially grow market share across served channels.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve sales processes that drive consistent, scalable results while preserving excellent broker and partner experience
  • Serve as the senior relationship owner for Haventree's most critical broker, partner, and industry relationships.
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador, representing Haventree at industry conferences, events, and key forums/
  • Partner cross-functionally to design, launch, and refine products and programs that address real broker and borrower needs.
  • Lead sales forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management tied to key growth and operational metrics
  • Design and deliver clear, decision-useful reporting and dashboards for executive leadership and sales teams.
  • Bring forward timely market intelligence, competitive insights, and broker feedback to inform strategy and execution.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor top sales talent, building a bench of future leaders.
  • Manage sales operating and program budgets with discipline and transparency.
  • Foster strong internal relationships to ensure seamless execution and a consistently strong client and partner experience.
  • Travel as required to support team engagement, broker relationships, and partner growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, an MBA, or an equivalent combination of education and senior sales leadership experience.
