What We Need:
iHeartMedia is seeking a high-impact sales leader to help own and scale our Team Accelerate program, developing high-potential sellers into top revenue producers and future leaders.

This role is both a talent accelerator and revenue driver, with a strong emphasis on growing Broadcast and Streaming revenue and setting, elevating, and reinforcing the iHM sales standard across markets.

What You'll Do:
  • Directly lead Account Executives (including newly hired and high-potential sellers) in the Team Aceelerate program and own onboarding for new sales talent-partnering on selection, development, and performance.
  • Build and execute a structured onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-productivity and aligns all new hires to the iHeartMedia sales standard
  • Coach sellers to position Broadcast/Streaming as the foundation to maximize reach and deliver client results
  • Serve as a player-coach on prospecting, client meetings, deal strategy, and closing.
  • Build and execute a scalable curriculum focused on:
    • Audio-first selling (Broadcast + Streaming)
    • Prospecting and pipeline creation
    • Presenting iHM solutions that drive business outcomes
    • Negotiation and business acumen
  • Partner with local market leadership to coach andalign talent development with revenue priorities
  • Establish a high-performance culture rooted in activity, accountability, and iHM playbook adoption
  • Track and optimize pipeline, revenue, and promotion outcomes

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
