You shape the relationships, strategy, and market presence that drive luxury resort growth. As Vice President of Sales at Nemacolin, you lead enterprise-wide sales strategy, driving revenue performance, market expansion, and long-term business growth across one of the nation's premier luxury resort destinations. As a member of the executive leadership team, you translate market insights into strategic action, cultivate high-performing talent, and build lasting partnerships that strengthen brand presence and business results. Your leadership ensures sales performance aligns with operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.

What You Will Create
  • Strategic sales initiatives aligned with revenue growth, profitability targets, and long-term business objectives

Qualifications

  • Relevant hospitality sales leadership experience required
  • Forbes Four-Star or Five-Star resort experience preferred
  • Superior guest service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and be fluent in English
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
