The Role at a glance:We are looking to add an experienced Vice President of Operations in Pennsylvania. As the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.
What you'll be doing:- Planning and executing account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region.
- Ensuring that company strategy and direction is communicated to and understood by all staff in the region.
- Providing leadership and direction to regional management.
- Achieving budgeted client retention for the region.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice and federal regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with contract management, multi-unit management, and/or opening new accounts.
