Job Description Position Summary The Vice President provides executive leadership for the Mold Masters, Ceramics and Merida, MX Airfoils businesses and is fully accountable for the operational, financial, commercial and strategic performance of this multi-site manufacturing portfolio. As a key member of the Division Leadership Team, this position develops and executes long-range business strategies, drives profitable growth, enhances customer satisfaction, and ensures world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost and cash generation. The role has full P&L responsibility and directs all major functions including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, EHS and Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Provide overall leadership for multiple manufacturing facilities, establishing strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with division and corporate objectives.
- Own consolidated P&L results, including revenue growth, EBIT performance, working capital, cash flow, capital expenditures and return on investment.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality and delivery performance.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including new business development, market expansion, capacity planning and strategic investment opportunities.
- Build executive relationships with key aerospace and industrial customers and serve as the senior escalation point for critical customer matters.
- Lead succession planning and talent development activities to build a strong pipeline of future plant and functional leaders.
- Establish and execute capital investment strategies supporting automation, technology, productivity and long-term growth requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all customer, regulatory, environmental, safety and corporate requirements.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline required; MBA strongly preferred. Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with at least seven years leading large, complex operations or multiple sites. Demonstrated success leading aerospace, metals, engineered products, airfoil, ceramics or related manufacturing environments. Preferred investment casting experience. Significant P&L leadership experience with a proven ability to improve profitability, operational performance and organizational capability.
