VP of Clinical Services for our New England region!
$225,000- $250,000/year
Responsibilities for VP of Clinical Services:
Develop, promote, and monitor the quality of professional nursing and ancillary health services provided at facilities, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards and consistent with the organization's mission.
Design, implement, and monitor clinical systems and Quality Improvement Programs.
Monitor and report key performance indicators to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Develop clinical programs that enhance residents' well-being, improve outcomes, and expand the organization's services.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of electronic health records.
Qualifications for VP of Clinical Services:
Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical leadership experience in a long-term care setting
Experience with multi-facility consultation or management
Ability to travel extensively and work on-site in numerous facilities
Must have a valid driver's license
Working knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
