Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Vice President in our Intelligence and Homeland Security Division who will have responsibility for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and mission success within the Space and Cyber Intelligence (SCI) sector. This position will serve as Mission Executive for the SCI sector and support a portfolio of intelligence programs, ensuring alignment with government priorities, advancing technological capabilities, and maintaining strong partnerships with intelligence agencies.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in military operations, intelligence support, enterprise-class IT capabilities, and national-level mission strategy. This leader will oversee SCI mission execution, operational performance, workforce readiness, and customer alignment while driving strategic advancements across the portfolio. This person will be responsible for enabling the sector strategic and execution objectives through a diverse set of activities, including growth, marketing, technical, management, and financial efforts to maintain existing clients while growing new business. The Vice President will optimize operating approaches to improve customer mission impact and foster the success of large, complex, key programs critical to overall growth.
  • Coordinate marketing, technical, and management efforts to maintain existing clients and obtain new business.
  • Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
  • Lead the identification and cultivation of new business opportunities within the Intelligence domain, employing best practices in account planning, customer mapping and relationship management strategies to secure and expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans related to business development and operations.
  • Develop and direct the implementation of operating practices to improve the effectiveness of program execution and growth.
  • Implement workforce development strategies to ensure highly qualified personnel
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies, data analytics, and advanced methodologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, opportunities, and initiatives within the Intelligence community.
  • Identify and resolve problems related to strategic business operations.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies.
  • Participate in special projects as required.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring you mission expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Mission Executive Vice President for SCI must have:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Required Experience: 15+ years of related experience, including management experience with technical programs, personnel, and the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Required Technical Skills: Experience with agencies such as USCYBERCOMMAND as well as others in the Intelligence community
  • Required Security Clearance Level: Current TS/SCI with POLY
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrable experience with the USCYBERCOMMAND and related intelligence community partners.
  • Location: On Site in Annapolis Junction, MD
  • US Citizenship Required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Senior Executive Service or equivalent senior leadership experience in the intelligence community, military or joint operational organizations
  • Experience overseeing OCONUS mission support, distributed edge strategies, or cross-domain infrastructure
  • Advanced degree in national security, engineering, management, or related field.


The likely salary range for this position is $255,000 - $345,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
