JOB DESCRIPTION

This opportunity will lead go-to-market strategies for new and existing security tools, defining positioning, messaging, and channel mix to deliver against awareness, adoption, and usage targets. 

As a Vice President Marketing Manager in Business Banking, you'll be supporting education of our key security products helping clients to keep their account safe and secure and drive education around latest scams impacting small businesses.  You'll partner closely with Product and cross-Line of Business (xLOB) stakeholders—as well as Analytics, Legal, and marketing colleagues—you will ensure consistent client messaging and orchestrate campaigns from concept through delivery, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership.

Job responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities where security marketing and education can improve client experience, satisfaction, and retention
  • Articulate and deliver strategies to achieve business OKRs and marketing KPIs, with an emphasis on educational engagement and tool adoption.
  • Define and maintain consistent client-facing security messaging in partnership with Product and xLOB stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to formulate new ideas and deliver innovative, education-first campaigns.Work closely with product, servicing, analytics and channel execution partners to launch campaigns flawlessly
  • Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, while ensuring a strong control environment
  • Lead internal and external agency briefings, with clear objectives tied to client education outcomes.
  • Support reporting across initiatives and develop and present senior management presentations and learnings.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 4 year degree in Business Management or Marketing with 5+ years of marketing experience and expertise in driving strategy and innovation
  • Strong knowledge in all aspects of marketing management, including creative development, targeting/segmentation, testing/optimization, omni-channel delivery and reporting/analysis
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; thrives in challenging environments.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity/white space and pivoting as priorities change.
  • High curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
