Full Job Description
Job Title: Vice President, Learning and Development Expert Location: 525 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310 Duties:Design custom programs and initiatives for 7 countries included in the Americas' talent strategy. Coordinating with HR Business Partners, Managers and LFT Board to deliver recurring programming. Liaise with Group HR, CIB HR and local Talent Leads to run the Americas LfT nomination process. Provide Talent Advisory to Global Banking Americas' Leadership and HR Business Partners. Partner with the Americas' Executive Committee, CHRO to define program criteria and annual goals. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC inc. office in New York and Jersey City. SALARY :$140,000 - $190,000/ year. (Monday Friday) Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Change Management, Graphic Design, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role OR Associate's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Change Management, Graphic Design, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Talent and Development; Financial Services Industry knowledge; Instructional and Program: designed talent-development road-maps that directly support business goal; in-person and digital delivery; Vendor/Supplier Management including the identification, contracting, and evaluating work product; Stakeholder Management: Advise and secures buy-in, resources, and alignment across the organization for annual programming; and Leading change whilst managing competing priorities and ambiguity within a complex matrix organization.
