We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, IWM Portfolio Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in San Francisco, CA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Develop and execute investment strategies to optimize portfolio performance by leveraging market analysis and investment trends.
  • Manage client portfolios to ensure alignment with client objectives, risk tolerance, and BNY's standards of integrity and client centricity.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply investment insights and enhance the client experience.
  • Monitor market developments and industry innovations to apply best practices in portfolio management.
  • Communicate portfolio performance and strategic initiatives clearly to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification, such as CFA, is advantageous.
  • Typically 3-10 years of experience in investment management or portfolio management preferred; over 2 years of investment experience considered for MBA or CFA candidates.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and investment strategy development.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
