Overview
The Vice President, Integrated Strategy is the architect of integrated creator strategy and the strategic client lead across fourteen LUXE brands, leading a team of mid-level Integrated Strategists dedicated to each brand pod. This role sits at the center of brand, creator, creative,
and data - owning end-to-end creator strategy and ensuring every initiative is guided by audience insight, measurable business impact, and cultural resonance.
Internally, this person partners with the SVP, Division Lead to build and evolve brand-level influencer strategies. Externally, they're a trusted strategic advisor to senior Client Brand Lead(s) and L'Oréal Divisional Leadership, driving efficiency and maximizing value from Paid Creator and the broader Advocacy & Influence (A&I) ecosystem. They lead A&I planning, guide execution, and ensure programs deliver against both business goals and influence outcomes - bringing together brand vision, creator strategy, creative, and reporting into one coherent point of view.
This person is both a strategic authority on the creator landscape - shaping who brands partner with and why - and a team and client leader, driving alignment and elevating output across workstreams.
Responsibilities
Creator Strategy & Landscape Authority
• Own end-to-end integrated creator strategy, translating brand priorities into programs that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and share of influence
• Define creator mix, platform strategy, and "breakthrough" content direction grounded in audience insights, market analysis, and brand/campaign objectives
• Maintain a strong POV on the creator and cultural landscape - spotting emerging talent, whitespace, and trends ahead of the market
• Drive creator selection based on qualitative (influence/engagement, credibility, and audience alignment) and quantitative (reach) metrics
• Ensure creator programs are fuly integrated with the broader marketing ecosystem (paid media, PR/earned, events, affiliate)
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and mentor a team of strategists, setting the strategic bar and elevating overall
output
• Build a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Lean into chalenges and hard conversations when needed - using them to make the team stronger, sharper, and more impactful
• Coach team members to turn insights into sharp, actionable strategic deliverables
• Mentor and develop Integrated Strategists into strategic owners, not just executors - helping to refine their judgment, client management, and POVs alongside their output
• Act as the connective tissue across Creator, Creative, Data, and Project Management, keeping teams aligned and execution seamless
Client Leadership
• Serve as primary point of contact for multiple Brands/Clients, owning relationship management and strategic direction
• Deliver proactive, white-glove client leadership and colaboration that anticipates needs and builds long-term trust
• Confidently own and secure strategic buy-in with senior stakeholders
Performance & Data-Driven Optimization
• Translate reporting into clear insight and recommendations tied to business KPIs and share-of-influence movement
• Optimize strategy as needed and bring forward-looking, data-informed POVs to evolve performance
• Ensure creator programs are strategicaly sound, measurable, and executed with precision - maintaining financial and operational discipline alongside strategic ambition
Qualifications
• 10-14 years in influencer/creator and social media marketing; omnichannel digital strategy, luxury/prestige, and/or beauty experience preferred
• 5-7+ years directly managing and developing a team (preferably in a matrix-like environment with solid and dotted lines)
• Demonstrated history of building and sustaining exceptional client relationships - a must-have, not a nice-to-have
• Deep fluency in creator ecosystems, platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and emerging trends
• Track record translating brand objectives into high-performing integrated creator programs
• Strong cross-functional experience across creative, data, media, and brand teams
• A start-up mindset - you thrive at moving fast without sacrificing rigor, take the initiative, and treat in-the-moment problem-solving as part of the job, not a disruption to it
• Fluency with tools across creator marketing (Captiv8, Traackr), social listening (Talkwalker), and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Comscore/Shareablee, Demographics Pro)

Compensation Range: USD $170,000.00 - USD $200,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
