Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive global workload automation, batch engineering, platform modernization, and service delivery across a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for strategy, engineering, administration, reliability, compliance, and lifecycle management of mission-critical workload automation platforms and related integrations.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

The ideal candidate will lead modernization initiatives, improve operational resilience, advance DevOps and self-service capabilities, and deliver analytics that support executive decision-making. This position requires strong expertise in Control-M administration, enterprise platform engineering, cross-functional leadership, compliance, vendor management, and automation across Mainframe, distributed, and hybrid cloud environments.

This leader will work closely with application teams, security, operations, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, and vendors to ensure highly available, secure, scalable, and compliant workload automation services that support global business operations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Technical Skills
  • Deep expertise in workload automation platforms, especially Control-M, including platform administration, upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
  • Strong experience with enterprise batch operations, job scheduling, monitoring, and service delivery in 24x7 environments.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe, z/OS, middleware, distributed systems, Linux, Windows, and cross-platform operational ecosystems.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong software engineering and scripting background using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Shell, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with data engineering, including ETL, workflow transformation, data mining, analytics pipelines, and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jira, Confluence, SonarQ, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, and private cloud architectures.
  • Experience with enterprise observability, monitoring, and analytics platforms.

Leadership & Operational Skills
  • Strong leadership experience managing global engineering, operations, or platform teams.
  • Proven ability to lead major incidents, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts.
  • Strong vendor management and third-party support coordination experience.
  • Ability to drive platform modernization, process improvement, and enterprise adoption of new capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, high-availability environments.

Governance & Compliance Skills
  • Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements in enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience maintaining operational controls and supporting compliance with standards such as SOX, MAS, FINMA, and FINRA.
  • Ability to ensure secure design and governance across integrations, data flows, and operational platforms.

Communication & Business Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to align platform strategy and engineering execution to business goals.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading global batch engineering or enterprise workload automation functions.
  • Experience delivering enterprise reporting, forecasting, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with service management, observability, API management, big data, and process automation ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integrations across internal and external applications.
  • Proven success driving operational efficiency, reducing MTTR, improving reliability, and optimizing infrastructure costs.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
