We are looking for a
Vice President to join our
Marketing team on a Hybrid work schedule. This position will report directly to the First Vice President, Commercial Lines Marketing Manager.
The primary responsibility of the VP is to market and place new and renewal business as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer or Regional Marketing Officer - Marketing to handle general Property & Casualty. The VP is required to develop and maintain relationships with executive level employees at the various carriers and wholesalers with which Hub International Northeast currently or intends to do business. Candidate should also be willing and prepared to assist with client facing meetings where required.
The VP will be involved, at the direction of the First Vice President Regional Marketing Officer, in the training and development of employees within the Marketing Department.
The VP will also manage members of the team as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:- Must be well versed in sales, marketing training and development
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- At least 4-7 years' relevant experience
- If you have worked with an active CRM system before that is a plus.
- Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications is required
- Candidate should also be prepared to learn various industry applications including but not limited to running AIR Modeling, MVRs, and Loss Picks.
- Candidate will have a working knowledge of Property, General Liability, Automobile, Worker's Compensation and Umbrella coverages.
- Any working knowledge of shared and layered placements and the London/Bermuda marketplace is a desired value add.
- Valid P&C license is required
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 annually - $185,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
