Job DescriptionHill International is seeking a Vice President in Seattle, WashingtonResponsibilities- Responsible for leading, coordinating all aspects of program
- Overall responsibility for managing established scope and budget for projects assuring these assigned project managers and guided and mentored throughout the project
- Ensures communication between members of a multi-disciplinary project management teams both client and project staff
- Oversees consultants and contractors involved in capital projects and facilitates strong communication and coordination between these entities
- Communicates and coordinates project status with staff from affected federal, state, regional and local agencies
- Regularly communicates project status, milestones and issues with leadership
- Develops and oversees regular preparation of project status reports, including monthly reports for leadership
- Ensures project compliance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and standards
- First level lead for all consultant and sub-consultant team
- Responsible for development of staffing plans related to contract
Qualifications- Bachelors of Science in Construction Management, Project Management, or Architecture preferred
- 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager
- Organizing heavy and complex workloads, establish and adjust priorities, and accomplish objectives within established scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive managers, city staff representation, and transit constituencies
- Using computers and related software applications; intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required
- Must possess technical and procedural writing skills as well as excellent verbal and presentation skills
The salary range for this position is $270,000-$300,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
