This role will be in-office four workdays per week with flexibility to work remotely one workday per week, subject to manager approval.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs that move target audiences from awareness to consideration, product adoption and deeper relationships.
  • Apply CRM data, marketing automation, personalization, testing and behavioral signals to improve campaign relevance, conversion and client experience.
  • Partner with Sales and business leaders, while bringing an independent perspective, to identify the issues, questions and market developments most relevant to wealth audiences.
  • Lead centralized activation through shared Marketing specialists, establishing clear briefs, priorities, outcomes and measures of success while adapting programs to regional market needs.
  • Lead and develop marketing team members; manage the Wealth marketing budget, agencies and resources; and ensure regulatory, compliance and brand standards are met.
  • Define and own a scorecard connecting audience growth and progression to qualified opportunities, adoption, retention, expansion and return on investment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the financial-advisor and intermediary ecosystem, including how home offices, platforms, advisors and end investors influence consideration and adoption.
  • Demonstrated success bringing an independent audience perspective to business strategy and building productive, peer-level partnerships with Sales, Investments and other business leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong demand-generation experience across segmentation, digital journeys, partner marketing, CRM, marketing automation, personalization, testing and analytics.
  • Strategic and hands-on operating style, with strong business judgment and the ability to convert insight into focused priorities and measurable action.
  • Ability to manage significant volume and complexity.
  • Executive presence and influence across Distribution, Investments, Product, Compliance and senior leadership in a regulated organization.
  • Team orientation, integrity, initiative, thoroughness, resourcefulness, interest in continual learning and ability to successfully balance multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
  • People leadership experience, including inspiring performance, professional development and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree or industry designations, a plus)
  • Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives
  • Agrees to comply with the firm's hybrid work policy ("work from home policy," as aligned with the Company's employee handbook), which currently requires reporting to the Company's New York City office four (4) days per week, with one (1) remote workday permitted.
