Title and Summary

Vice President - Global Technology Account Management, Open Finance Solutions

Overview
The Open Finance Client Value Delivery and Operations team is looking for a Vice President, Technology Account Management (TAM) to lead our function globally. This role leads the technical relationship with our clients post go-live. As the trusted technical advisor within the broader account team, the TAM function is responsible for the health of our clients' integrations, the depth of their platform adoption, and the technical strategy that lets them get the most from Mastercard Open Finance.

The VP will lead a distributed team of regional TAM leaders, set the global standard for how we engage clients technically, and ensure that the client perspective carries weight in how the platform evolves.

The ideal candidate is technically fluent, commercially minded, energized by building at scale, and passionate about the client experience.

Role
In this client-facing leadership position, you will:
• Own the global Technology Account Management operating model, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all markets
• Lead and develop a team of regional TAM leaders, building deep technical and client advisory capability across the function
• Drive measurable client outcomes across product adoption, integration health, and retention through a segmented, scalable coverage model
• Serve as a senior technical partner to our most strategic clients, and as an executive point of contact on complex initiatives
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring client insight into platform strategy and influence the roadmap
• Build the enablement, knowledge, and automation foundation that allows the function to scale alongside the business

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have advanced experience leading technical, client-facing post-sales teams at scale
• Bring advanced expertise in APIs, data connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and technical SLAs, with the depth to shape architecture decisions and set technical direction with client engineering and technology leaders
• Have a proven track record of driving product adoption and integration health across a client portfolio
• Have a demonstrated record of designing and scaling operating models, including methodology, measurement, and team capability
• Have advanced experience influencing product direction through structured, well-evidenced client insight
• Be a versatile communicator, able to translate technical complexity into commercial value and move between a client CTO, an internal engineering lead, and an executive audience without losing precision

Additional capabilities that would be valuable:
• Experience in open banking, open finance, payments, or financial data infrastructure
• Experience applying automation or AI to scale technical account management and support functions
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
