- Salary: $261,600-$359,700- The expected compensation range for this position is from the minimum to midpoint of the pay grade. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, education, and organization fit.

The ideal candidates have executive-level hospital operations experience and a passion for optimizing how infrastructure supports patient care.
- Engineer or Business Administration Degree Highly Preferred.
- Develop and hold team members accountable to benchmarks, standards and performance metrics, including workforce management principles and measures.
- Strategic oversight of construction, planning, and real estate-referred to as the "facilities tower."
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners; includes overseeing strategic partnerships or joint ventures.
- Direct management of large-scale external engagements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify infrastructure risks (e.g., HVAC systems) and recommend capital improvements .
- Ensure all facility operations meet healthcare compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
