WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and evolve the national food and beverage strategy, in alignment with our brands, culture, business objectives and the guest experience we want to create.
Define quality standards related to products, service, atmosphere, procurement, sustainable practices and execution.
Oversee the operational performance of food and beverage units across the country, ensuring consistency in execution, profitability and the guest experience.
Contribute to the development and opening of new food and beverage concepts, particularly in high-volume environments, while considering standards, partners and operational realities.
Explore market trends, new concepts and recognized industry practices to enrich the evolution of our offering, while staying grounded in the reality of our hotels, restaurants and teams.
Support food and beverage leaders through evolving practices, change management and the development of a culture where clarity, autonomy, collaboration and accountability are strengthened.
Bring Germain Hotels' ESG vision to life through the projects under your responsibility, particularly through the deployment and evolution of our sustainable food and beverage approach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners, suppliers and producers, in a spirit of collaboration, respect and shared accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Significant experience in a food and beverage leadership role, ideally in a hotel, multi-property or independent restaurant environment.
Demonstrated experience in food and beverage strategy, standards management, operational performance, and the development or opening of high-volume food and beverage concepts.
Inspiring leadership, political savvy and the ability to create alignment in complex environments, with a strong sensitivity to company culture and the team experience.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian food and beverage market, regional trends, business models, procurement, profitability and guest expectations.
Ability to work with business partners, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams with clarity, respect, influence and a strong sense of accountability.
Strong communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the role and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners and guests across Canada, as well as comfort travelling frequently across the country.
College or university diploma in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
