• Experience supporting new products, business initiatives or changes to front-to-back operating models.

• Ability to understand complex business problems, identify operational implications and work across functions to develop practical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to represent Operations with front-office and senior functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience contributing to and executing transformation initiatives through automation, workflow redesign, process improvement, data or emerging technologies.

• Strong risk and control judgement, with an understanding of trade lifecycle risks, exception management and operational controls.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance business delivery, risk, control and transformation objectives.

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to operate beyond traditional product or functional boundaries in support of broader firm priorities.

• Typically 8+ years of relevant financial-services experience, with meaningful experience in derivatives or a related markets operating function.
