Vice President, Enterprise Operations & Integration to help build the operating infrastructure behind INF1NITY as we scale into a multi-strategy, AI-native investment institution.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced operator who can translate strategy into execution, build scalable systems, and drive accountability across a complex, growing organization.
The RoleAs
VP, Enterprise Operations & Integration, you'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership to translate vision into coordinated execution across INF1NITY and the broader Rastegar organization.
Your focus will be on building the
enterprise operating system that connects teams, initiatives, investment strategies, and technologies; ensuring clear ownership, accountability, visibility, and execution across the organization.
This is not a traditional administrative or project-management role. You'll operate across functions and own the critical intersections between departments where execution can break down.
What You'll Do- Build company-wide operating rhythms, KPI systems, executive reviews, and accountability frameworks.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear owners, milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate major initiatives across Investments, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Capital Formation, Legal, Accounting, Technology, and other business areas.
- Identify cross-functional bottlenecks, execution risks, and unclear ownership, then drive them to resolution.
- Build executive dashboards that provide clear visibility into performance and strategic priorities.
- Develop scalable operating playbooks for new investment strategies, products, and major initiatives.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, resource allocation, investment economics, and operating leverage.
- Partner with technology leadership to use AI, automation, and data to improve decision-making and execution.
- Help shape organizational structure, leadership responsibilities, and hiring priorities as the company grows.
- Create leverage for the Founder & CEO by ensuring strategic decisions translate into coordinated action.
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves- 10+ years of experience across alternative asset management, private equity, real estate investment management, financial services, fintech, high-growth companies, investment platforms, strategy/operations, or management consulting.
- Experience operating across multiple business lines and scaling organizations through significant growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with a Founder/CEO and senior leadership.
- Strong experience building operating systems, processes, and cross-functional accountability.
- Strong financial literacy across P&Ls, budgets, operating leverage, investment economics, and capital allocation.
- Strong judgment, high ownership, and the ability to manage complexity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Fluency with modern technology, AI, and automation as operating leverage.
Nice to Have- Experience integrating businesses, launching new products, or transforming legacy organizations.
- Experience within alternative investments, private equity, real estate, fintech, or a multi-entity investment platform.
- Experience designing KPI systems, executive dashboards, and operating cadences.
- Experience scaling teams and organizational infrastructure.
