TITLE: Senior Manager, Product Marketing

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Vice President, Growth Marketing (Demand Generation) oversees the strategic planning and execution of demand generation initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Duck Creek Technologies. This role is pivotal in leveraging marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics to optimize lead generation processes and enhance customer engagement. The Vice President collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with product development cycles, sales priorities, and company objectives.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels and tactics to attract and capture high-quality leads aligned with Duck Creek's target audience and business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies and tools with an emphasis on AI to enhance demand generation capabilities, overseeing the implementation and integration of these solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize demand generation campaigns based on performance metrics and insights, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out the customer journey and identify key touchpoints for demand generation activities, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospects and customers.
  • Provide support and resources to the sales team to help them effectively engage and convert leads generated through demand generation efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to segment and target key audience segments effectively, tailoring messaging and campaigns to address the specific needs and pain points of different customer personas.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in demand generation and marketing automation, continuously learning and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Leverage deep expertise in marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize and streamline demand generation processes.
  • Implement and enhance marketing systems for efficient lead generation, scoring, and nurturing tailored to the unique needs of Duck Creek's target audience.
  • Analyze data insights to refine and improve demand generation programs continuously.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all customer touchpoints.
  • Align demand generation efforts with sales priorities and establish strong communication channels between demand generation and sales teams to facilitate efficient lead handoff and conversion.
  • Manage the BDR team to maintain a predictable pipeline and meet targets, while owning budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Perform all other duties and activities as required.


WHAT YOU'VE DONE:

REQUIRED:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • 7+ years of experience managing and leading teams, with a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Experience in the insurance market is highly valued and will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Certifications in marketing automation or CRM platforms.

Actual compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location, where permitted by law.

For reference, the expected salary range for this position is generally positioned as follows based on candidate location:
  • 204,100 - 291,500: Candidates living in the Boston, New York City-Newark, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, or Washington, DC metropolitan areas
  • 194,500 - 277,800: Candidates living in Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Minneapolis, or Philadelphia metropolitan areas, or in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, or Vermont
  • 184,800 - 264,000: Candidates living in Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Oregon, or Wisconsin
  • 163,700 - 255,800: For all other U.S. locations


This position is also eligible for annual bonus compensation, subject to plan terms and individual eligibility.

Final compensation will be determined based on the factors outlined above and in accordance with applicable law.
