Responsibilities

Full Job Description
What do you bring?
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology services delivery, with at least 7 years in a senior or executive role
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership in a services organization with $100M+ in annual revenue
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-discipline engagements across two or more of: Network, Security, Microsoft, AI/ML, Managed Services, UC, Wireless, SD-WAN, Cabling, or Break/Fix
  • Experience building and scaling delivery organizations from 100 to 1,000+ technical practitioners
  • Track record of measurable improvement in utilization, realization, and quality in a professional or managed services context
  • Deep fluency in at least four of WWT's core service domains
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation technologies in delivery operations (AIOps, intelligent scheduling, predictive staffing)
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, PMI/PMP, and DevOps delivery methodologies
  • Exceptional executive presence; able to command a room, inspire a team, and build trust with Fortune 500 client executives
  • Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage P&L, model revenue scenarios, and make data-driven investment decisions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex operational data into compelling executive narratives

Preferred:
  • Experience at a top-tier technology solutions provider, systems integrator, or managed services company
  • Active certifications in relevant domains (CCIE, CISSP, Azure Expert MSP, PMP, ITIL v4 Managing Professional)
  • Familiarity with WWT's partner ecosystem: Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, NVIDIA, HPE/Aruba, and others
  • MBA or equivalent graduate-level business education

Organizational Relationships

This position reports to the EVP, Technical Delivery & Engineering.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

The VP of Delivery Services owns the end-to-end delivery of a broad, complex portfolio spanning Network, Security, Microsoft Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, GPU Implementation, Managed Services, Unified Communications, Wireless, SD-WAN, Cabling, and Break/Fix services. This is a high-impact executive role that demands equal parts technical credibility, operational excellence, and executive presence.
  • Own the full P&L for the Delivery Services organization, driving revenue realization, margin improvement, and sustainable growth
  • Define and execute a multi-year delivery strategy aligned to WWT's growth objectives and market opportunities
  • Achieve and sustain zero-defect delivery standards across all service lines through rigorous quality frameworks and continuous improvement
  • Maximize engineer and consultant utilization, balancing workforce efficiency with delivery quality and employee wellbeing
  • Establish and track KPIs across utilization, realization, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality metrics; act decisively on trends
  • Build scalable delivery models, frameworks, and processes that support rapid expansion without sacrificing quality or consistency
  • Drive the integration of AI-powered tooling, automation, and intelligent workflows to increase delivery velocity and reduce operational friction
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Product leadership to ensure delivery capabilities match commitments made to clients
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure bench strength at every level of the delivery org
  • Champion a culture of high engagement, psychological safety, and continuous learning
  • Attract, develop, and retain top technical and delivery talent; build clear career pathways across all service disciplines
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, representing WWT at the C-suite level
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with client executives; resolve escalations, communicate proactively, and expand WWT's footprint
  • Present delivery performance, strategic initiatives, and investment proposals to WWT senior leadership and the Board
  • Champion a culture of retrospective learning, turning every project completion into an opportunity to improve the next engagement
