Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Corporate Actions Manager to join our team. This role is located in Toronto, CA - 4 days in office required.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY's commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues with professionalism and expertise.
