YOUR TASKSForviaHella is seeking our next great Vice President - Components to join our growingproduct team. The primary function of this role is to provide leadership, marketvision, and regional financial ownership for a dynamic and diverse productportfolio. This individual will be joining a well established and global teamthat is heavily involved in next generation automotive initiatives.
Responsibilities - Lead the Product Center components portfolio, including strategy, development, industrialization, and lifecycle management of energy management solutions.
- Own full P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic investments.
- Define and execute product and market strategies aligned with industry trends in electrification, energy efficiency, smart power distribution, and software-defined vehicles.
- Serve as the executive interface to key OEM customers, leading acquisition activities, product placement, RFQs, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee regional programs, ensuring excellence in quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS- 15+ years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a Tier-1 supplier environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex technology portfolios with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong expertise in automotive components, electronics, electromechanical systems, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, product placement, market development, and profitable business growth.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
