Role

As a Vice President, Client Partner, you'll drive client success. Providing overall direction and leadership to the Client Services team can be difficult, but your tact and good judgement when interacting with others allows you to tackle the challenge. You have the curiosity of a senior level strategist and know what it takes to manage and grow Critical Mass's visibility and presence in client relationships. Seasoned leadership skills help you develop a strong team with high energy, morale, and dedication. And working with and managing multidisciplinary teams across offices doesn't make you sweat. Most importantly, you are a polished professional with a structured approach to business and client services that reflects the culture and capabilities of the agency.

You will
  • Direct all aspects of your Clients' business.

  • Partner with the Executive Team to set financial and operational goals, and oversee strategic planning, fiscal management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive account growth by expanding the client base and representing the agency externally.


You have

  • 12+ years of Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of planning and building digital experiences, eCommerce technology, analytics, content management, high level understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations.
  • Strong leadership skill to motivate your team.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions.

$190,000 - $250,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
