Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Enablement to join our Client Services Group (Pershing). This role is located in Jersey City, NJ.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drives and manages the success and client enablement of platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and intermediate remediation plans.
  • Partner with our major clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements which leverage our standard product and service offerings
  • Create delivery plans for client implementations of one or more products, services and platforms or complex remediation plans.
  • Manage and drive the implementation and set-up of products and services by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the project plan across critical milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation, and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write and deliver effective communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Drive and manage implementation closure, including notification to internal and external stakeholders.
  • May engage in activities related to sales support, including creation of RFPs.
  • Travel for client meetings and business purposes required, approximately 10% of the time.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex business or technology transitions, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, data mapping, and system configuration/testing cycles.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, technology, compliance, and trading.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Openness to travel, approximately 10%.
  • Series 99 or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
