Vice President, Chief of Staff - Rx Marketplace

About the Role:

GoodRx is looking to hire a Vice President, Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner, trusted advisor and operational leader to the President of Rx Marketplace (RxM), driving execution on key business priorities, ensuring organizational alignment and optimizing efficiency across the RxM enterprise. This role acts as a force multiplier for the President of RxM, providing thought leadership and ensuring the leadership team operates at peak effectiveness to drive the business forward. This role will ensure alignment across functions, optimizing key initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an influential leader with exceptional business acumen, strategic problem-solving skills, and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization. This is a high-impact role and you'll work alongside senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives and shape the business at a transformational moment. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Execution
  • Partner closely with the President of RxM to develop and execute business strategies, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise objectives.
  • Assess competitive landscapes, gather market intelligence and serve as a thought partner on key business priorities, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
  • Drive the execution of high impact initiatives, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and drive critical projects, identifying risks, dependencies and success metrics.
  • Help manage crisis response to executive communications during high-stakes business challenges.


Executive Operations & Governance
  • Lead the strategic planning process for RxM, including annual goal setting, key performance tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Prepare and facilitate leadership team meetings, executive briefings, and board level presentations, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Partner with the leadership team and HRBP to create and oversee team town halls and both team and leadership offsites throughout the year.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
  • Act as a connector across Rx Marketplace and enterprise teams, ensuring seamless coordination on strategic initiatives.
  • In collaboration with HR, support organizational design, talent strategy and leadership development efforts
  • Partner across various internal teams as needed to align priorities and remove executive roadblocks.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare, pharmacy, or marketplace business landscape preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive decisions at the highest levels. Ability to also be highly collaborative and think as a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives in a fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time Zone: Central or East preferred; ability to travel domestically a must.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$252,000.00 - $402,000.00

New York Office:
$231,000.00 - $369,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$210,000.00 - $335,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$189,000.00 - $302,000.00
