Job DescriptionPosition SummaryReporting to the Global Chief Financial Officer and partnering with the President, K-C North America (KCNA), the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, KCNA (CFO, KCNA) is a senior finance leader accountable for financial performance, strategy execution, and value creation across the North American business. The CFO, KCNA has full accountability for all financial operations of KCNA, a $11.2B segment that is made up of Baby & Child Care, Adult & Feminine Care, Consumer Tissue, and Professional, supported by an end-to-end North American supply chain.
During a period of significant transformation, this leader will be responsible for shaping the operating and financial model, defining scalable finance capabilities, and ensuring KCNA is positioned to operate as a high-performing business with clear value-creation priorities, strong governance, and disciplined capital allocation. This leader will partner closely with enterprise leadership to translate complexity into a coherent strategy, durable operating model, and clear financial narratives that support sustainable growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.
The CFO, KCNA owns financial performance, planning and forecasting, cash flow, controls, governance, and enterprise stewardship-while serving as a strategic business partner to the President and leadership team. Beyond financial stewardship, this leader is expected to shape strategy, drive transformation, optimize capital allocation and commercial investment, and deliver disciplined insights that enable high-quality decision-making. This role is highly visible, sits squarely in the Global CFO succession pipeline, and plays a critical role in shaping and delivering KCNA's near- and long-term business agenda.
Role & ResponsibilitiesThe CFO, KCNA is accountable for financial performance and value creation across the North American portfolio, serving as a critical strategic partner to the President, KCNA and the Global CFO. This leader operates as both financial steward and business architect, shaping strategy, driving transformation, and building a durable organization positioned for long-term success.
Enterprise Financial Leadership & Performance
- Own full accountability for KCNA financial operations, including planning, forecasting, cash flow, controls, governance, and performance management across a large, complex, multi-business portfolio.
- Establish disciplined financial and operational cadence, delivering clear, decision-ready insights through robust analytics, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance while maintaining enterprise-level financial rigor.
Strategy, Value Creation & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President and leadership team, shaping KCNA strategy and translating business priorities into actionable financial plans.
- Drive value creation through capital allocation, commercial investment optimization, cost and margin management, and productivity initiatives across the portfolio.
- Challenge assumptions, pressure-test decisions, and help leadership "make the news"-not simply report the results.
Future-State Architecture & Transformation
- Define and build scalable finance capabilities, operating models, and systems that support sustainable growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.
- Translate portfolio complexity into a coherent financial strategy, durable governance model, and clear financial narratives for senior leadership and the Board.
Operating Model, Supply Chain & Systems Leadership
- Provide financial leadership across end-to-end supply chain operations for KCNA, including cost structure, working capital, capital investment, and network optimization.
- Lead the evolution of finance operating models, shared service leverage, and digital enablement to improve speed, insight quality, and scalability.
- Partner closely with Technology to modernize systems, leverage digital/AI, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
Talent, Culture & Succession Leadership
- Build, develop, and sustain a high-performing finance organization grounded in strong culture, clarity of purpose, inclusion, and shared accountability.
- Create cohesion across a large, diverse team, fostering trust, collaboration, and alignment-particularly during periods of transformation and change.
- Personally invest in the development of senior leaders and high-potential talent, providing coaching, exposure, and stretch opportunities to accelerate readiness for expanded scope.
- Establish and actively steward a robust succession pipeline for critical finance roles within KCNA, ensuring leadership continuity and depth.
- Position KCNA as a net exporter of finance talent to the broader K-C enterprise, reinforcing this role as a key proving ground for future enterprise and CFO-level leaders.

- Proven experience leading large, complex business segment or regional finance organizations within CPG, manufacturing, or similarly scaled environments
- Broad enterprise finance leadership across planning, controls, cash flow, supply chain finance, commercial finance, and value delivery
- Strong operating cadence, performance management discipline, and follow-through instincts

- Demonstrated ability to align finance strategy to business priorities and translate strategy into measurable outcomes

- Deep experience supporting Presidents and senior operators through portfolio decisions, capital allocation, and transformation

Qualifications

Salary Range: 317,580 - 410,540 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
