THE ROLEWe are entering the next stage of growth and are looking for a transformational operations leader to help build the operating infrastructure that will scale the company for years to come.
Reporting to the COO, the VP, Business Operations will design, standardize, and implement the processes, playbooks, operating rhythms, reporting frameworks, and governance that drive consistency across a growing national organization.
This is a hands-on transformation role for a builder who enjoys turning ambiguity into scalable operating models. Rather than inheriting mature systems, youll help create them-partnering across Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology to build the operating discipline that enables the business to execute consistently as it grows.
WHAT YOULL BUILD & LEAD- Design and implement enterprise operating playbooks and standardized business processes.
- Build KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and business reporting that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Establish operating rhythms, including weekly business reviews, QBRs, governance, and accountability mechanisms.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring changes are adopted across the business.
- Develop change management strategies that drive sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
- Partner with HR to strengthen performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and business execution.
Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Discipline- Drive consistency in operating playbooks and field execution standards across regions
- Partner with the CHRO to strengthen performance management systems and rigor
- Help implement and scale high-potential identification and development programs
- Support succession planning for key operational and regional leadership roles
- Ensure talent decisions are aligned with business performance and strategic priorities
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, coaching, and measurable performance outcomes

REQUIREMENTSExperience- 10+ years leading business operations, operational excellence, process transformation, PMO, shared services, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience building operating models, governance frameworks, and standardized processes in large multi-site organizations
- Process success creating playbooks, operating cadences, KPI frameworks, and accountability mechanisms from the ground up
- Experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology
- Experience in large, distributed organizations (multi-site, 5,000+ employees)
- Background in field-based operations (e.g., security, facilities, logistics, services) preferred
