Job Summary:As
Vice President, Capital Markets Business Initiatives Delivery, you will collaborate with senior Front Office leadership to chart the course for strategic execution. You will be responsible for driving critical programs from conception through delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives which will include revenue opportunities and efficiencies for the lines of business.
This role requires a strong ability to lead Agile-driven product and initiative delivery, ensuring iterative execution, rapid value realization, and continuous improvement. You will bring vision and discipline to lead intentional business initiatives by assessing risks, driving purposeful solutions, and implementing effective target operating models.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact business-led programs using Agile principles to ensure deliberate alignment, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of Capital Markets business objectives.
- Drive Agile-led product delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative execution to accelerate time-to-market and maximize business value.
- Work closely with Front Office leadership in execution of priority initiatives, guide key stakeholders into decision making, and provide risk mitigant recommendations.
- Provide oversight of projects within a portfolio, ensuring optimal cost deployment and adherence to Agile governance frameworks.
- Establish project structures and ensure proper governance and delivery methodologies are stood up, including Agile ceremonies and reporting.
- Relationship management across various business groups within Capital Markets and Corporate, inclusive of Business Management, Legal, Technology and Operations, Market Risk, Client Services, Treasury, and Finance.
- Champion the execution of initiatives that support broader Capital Markets strategic business mandates, leveraging Agile practices to foster transparency and adaptability.
Knowledge and Skills:- 7+ years in business initiative and product delivery within Capital Markets, with experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Academic background in Business, Finance, Enginering or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment, including Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable Agile execution plans.
- Strong leadership presence to influence without authority within Capital Markets.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, including Agile reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 up to $175,000 USD (subject to the candidate meeting the specific skills, experience, education, and qualification requirements).Salary:$81,400.00 - $151,800.00
