As a Vice President, Business Analysis Manager in Lifestyle, you bring structure and momentum to high-impact initiatives by coordinating work across multiple teams, keeping timelines on track, and strengthening operational readiness for launches. You help build simple, sustainable processes and reporting that reduce friction and improve visibility into performance and issues. Your work helps deliver great customer experiences while maintaining strong risk and compliance practices.

  Job responsibilities

• Lead cross-team workstreams that improve consistency, documentation, and adherence to company standards and policies
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure teams are ready for new process, product, or benefit launches
• Partner closely with legal, risk, controls, and compliance teams to implement and sustain effective governance practices
• Identify gaps and issues early, propose practical solutions, and drive decisions through to resolution
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, and train teams to support consistent execution
• Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort and error risk
• Support issue remediation by helping assess root cause, customer impact, and corrective actions
• Lead business change management process, working closely with stakeholders across Dining and Lifestyle to guide them on executing strategic initiatives that align to the broader business strategy
• Centralize and execute third-party oversight processes for Dining and Lifestyle suppliers, including new supplier intake assessments, ongoing due diligence monitoring, contract and payment execution
• Maintain third-party supplier inventory and relationship contacts, partnering with suppliers, business and controls partners to address risks and governance requirements
• Manage creative freelancer processes, establishing standardized onboarding, contracting, access, payment, and offboarding processes

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, controls, and/or marketing
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or workstreams from planning through execution
• Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams
• Proven process improvement skills, including documenting workflows and creating clear standard operating procedures
• Comfort identifying operational gaps, assessing risk and impact, and driving practical solutions to closure
• Experience partnering with legal, risk, compliance, or control-minded stakeholders to support well-governed delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions
• Analytical skills to track performance, synthesize insights, and create reporting that supports decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment with competing needs
• High attention to detail and follow-through, especially when work impacts customers or business outcomes
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation tools)

  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience supporting launches of new products, benefits, or operational processes
• Experience with JPMorganChase third-party supplier management processes
• Background in operations for customer-facing digital products, content, or experiential programs
• Familiarity with issue management practices, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
• Comfort facilitating working sessions, process mapping, and training for diverse stakeholder groups
