Vice President, Broadband | OmniCable

Currently, we are seeking highly accomplished and visionary leader to join our organization as the Vice President, Broadband in the Communications Business Unit.

The VP, Broadband reports to the Vice President of Business Development and Sales Enablement and is responsible for overseeing sales performance, strategic growth, and customer retention within the channel to support the growth and profitability of the Broadband business segment. You will be responsible for driving growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the channel while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous process improvement. The VP Broadband will focus on people development, customer retention, and new growth initiatives related to company-wide goals and objectives both in the immediate one-year as well as a three-year view of the business.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute the company's enterprise-wide strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives, focusing on growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set performance targets, define KPIs, and monitor progress, ensuring effective implementation and adjustment of strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to drive revenue growth and enhance the company's competitive positioning.

Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the operations of multiple business units, ensuring effective coordination and synergy across functions to optimize operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and implement best practices and standardized processes to improve sales productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational scalability.
