Job Duties: Translate product specialty into detailed requirements. Partner with design and engineering teams to bring requirements to life through concepts, wireframes, and final delivery into market. Collaborate with Design Leads to optimize data and UX research to define and solve user problems, including monitoring external trends and being able to communicate these in a simple, compelling way. Manage stakeholders effective by communicating product developments in a way that partners understand processes. Partner with other product managers to ensure these are in sync with other priorities. Liaise with Product Marketing, Client Services, and other stakeholders on promotional plans to ensure that strategies are integrated. Partner with Engineering Leads to ensure sprints are managed within release cycle and testing protocols.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and 60 months of experience in job offered or related occupation. Requires five years of experience in the following: SOL, BQL, and Unix; Displaying and consulting on functionality and workflows to external clients and senior stakeholders. Requires two years of experience in the following: Product management and related platforms including Aha!, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, and Jira2; Working with developers coding on Java and C++; Experience with Waterfall, and Agile project management disciplines with emphasis on Scrum.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$189,592.00 - USD$215,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
