JOB DESCRIPTION

As Vice President, Advice Acquisition & Lead Strategy on JPMorgan Wealth Management Marketing & Acquisitions team, you will lead the development, implementation, and analysis of strategies to identify, manage, and convert prospects through the sales funnel. You will drive sales optimization, support field enablement, and facilitate business development via new client acquisition. You will collaborate closely with Data & Analytics, Digital, Finance, Channel/Product owners, and Product Marketing teams in a highly visible role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the prioritization, ideation, and go-to-market execution of lead funnel optimization programs
  • Analyze end-to-end performance and learnings from lead programs with Data & Analytics teams
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Strategy, and Finance to align plans with business priorities
  • Develop executive-level presentations to secure stakeholder alignment
  • Forecast annual business and budget, incorporating historical performance and growth targets
  • Track key milestones and outstanding action plans, ensuring timely delivery or escalation
  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under tight deadlines
  • Optimize sales practices and support field enablement for new client acquisition
  • Distill workstream statuses and performance data into impactful presentations
  • Balance multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholder needs simultaneously
  • Facilitate business development through innovative client acquisition strategies

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrate 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, strategy, management consulting, or project management
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Apply advanced analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills to identify new opportunities
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently with strong project management skills
