Overview

An entrepreneurial leader with a passion for outstanding client service, innovation, and thought leadership. An individual who can lead a book of business, drive positive revenue growth, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify new opportunities. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.

Responsibilities
• Deliver, growth, team development, and quality work for all agency clients.
• Plan and deliver business growth against forecast with existing and new client partnerships.
• Connection and integration of key business stake holders at the client level.
• Drive new business relationships through networking, community events and engagements.
• Provide strategic leadership with agency clients.
• Participate in business pitches or high-profile initiatives and proposals
• Drive, oversee and actively manage client financial activities - including; budgeting, forecasting, etc.
• Partner to develop and drive new initiatives in Digital, Media and Analytics.
• Develop and help negotiate agency remuneration proposals connected to additional scope of work and new business opportunities.
• Maintain optimal staffing resources against the business through proactive resource planning, growth and development of staff and leaders, succession planning and engaged recruiting practices.
• Oversee and mentor account leadership leaders on the business. Ensure the team is inspired, developed and utilized to their fullest potential and is strategically focused.
• Be a collaborative and active leader on the Saatchi & Saatchi X Leadership Team:

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 12-14 years of experience
• Understanding and POV on how to integrate shopper marketing into client's culture, organization and marketing approach.
• A thorough knowledge of the marketing and communications landscape. The latest trends of shopper marketing and the role shopper can play in growing our brands.
• Strong business acumen.
• Inspirational leader. Must be able to lift up the organization. Help them achieve what they never thought possible.
• Credible. Must be able to establish credible relationships with key executive client contacts and be a credible internal leader among a cross-functional team.
• Culturally connected and supportive of our culture. Including being ethical and moral.

Compensation Range: USD $149,340.00 - USD $194,180.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
