VP, Account Director to lead a newly awarded portfolio of over-the-counter healthcare brands.
We're looking for a dynamic business leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, integrated marketing and team leadership. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while guiding high-performing teams to deliver breakthrough work that drives business growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading complex, integrated campaigns across creative, digital, social, media, CRM and emerging channels, paired with the executive presence to influence global stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring- Significant agency experience leading large-scale integrated accounts
- Consumer healthcare, health & wellness or OTC brand experience required, with direct OTC category experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and navigating complex organizations
- Global marketing experience and comfort partnering with international stakeholders
- Strong client counseling skills and executive-level presence
- Proven success leading integrated campaigns from strategy through execution
- Financial stewardship, forecasting and P&L ownership experience
- Track record of developing talent, building collaborative teams and inspiring excellence
- A growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that create value for clients and the agency

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $174,300.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
