Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of management experience in complex organizations, preferably veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a diverse team of 30+ staff members focused on patient care.
• Oversee and collaborate with doctors and client service representatives for team development.
• Drive financial strategy and business growth to ensure hospital profitability.
• Manage relationships with primary care DVMs and handle patient referrals sensitively.
• Navigate HR-related issues and ensure legal compliance with employment laws.
• Engage in additional responsibilities as needed for the position.
