About This Role

Marina Veterinary Center, a state-of-the-art animal hospital in Marina del Rey, CA, is seeking an exceptional veterinarian leader to serve as our Veterinary Medical Director. Our modern, well-outfitted hospital offers comprehensive services including minimally invasive surgeries, endoscopy, digital imaging, laser therapies, and more. You will have the latest equipment and technology at your fingertips to practice leading-edge medicine.

As Veterinary Medical Director, you will spearhead all medical operations and teams to deliver the highest quality care. You'll be working alongside our 3 outstanding Associate DVMs, experienced Hospital Manager, and skilled technicians in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to shape the future of our rapidly growing practice.

  • Clinical Excellence: You'll establish and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care by implementing best practices, guiding medical protocols, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatment.

  • Experience with practice management and team development a plus
