As Veterinary Medical Director, you will spearhead all medical operations and teams to deliver the highest quality care. You'll be working alongside our 3 outstanding Associate DVMs, experienced Hospital Manager, and skilled technicians in a collaborative and supportive environment. **We are currently offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus!** What Success Looks Like- Clinical Excellence: You'll establish and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care by implementing best practices, guiding medical protocols, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatment.
- Team Leadership: You'll inspire and develop our veterinary team through mentorship, training, and fostering a positive hospital culture where professionals feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel.
- Strategic Partnership: You'll collaborate with the Hospital Manager and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and make strategic decisions that enhance both patient care and hospital performance.

Education & Experience- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required
- Current state veterinary license in good standing
- Current DEA license required
- 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable
- Experience with practice management and team development a plus
