Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor rebate, trade spend, commercial finance, revenue management, or financial operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• A strong passion for process improvement and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor rebate programs and customer incentive initiatives
• Oversee buying group administration and GPO operations
• Facilitate revenue recovery efforts
• Conduct financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Handle vendor claims and customer payout executions
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation
• Manage and guide the Rebate & Data Control teams
