About the Role

Are you a strategic business leader who thrives on building strong vendor partnerships, driving profitability, and influencing business growth? TD SYNNEX is seeking a Vendor Business Manager to lead and grow high-impact vendor relationships while delivering exceptional business results across assigned product portfolios.

In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between TD SYNNEX and key technology vendors, ensuring alignment of business objectives, sales growth initiatives, and operational excellence. You will leverage financial insights, market trends, and executive-level relationship management to develop innovative business strategies that create value for customers, vendors, and TD SYNNEX.

What You'll Do
Strategic Vendor Leadership
  • Build, strengthen, and manage executive-level relationships with strategic technology vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, fostering collaboration, trust, and long-term partnership success.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align vendor objectives with TD SYNNEX growth initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, providing performance insights, market intelligence, and recommendations for future growth.
Revenue Growth & Profitability
  • Drive revenue growth, gross margin performance, and profitability targets across assigned product lines.
  • Forecast, manage, and optimize incremental funding opportunities and vendor investment programs.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and financial data to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to maximize rebate programs and financial incentives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Operational Excellence
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues affecting vendor product lines.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to support effective inventory planning and optimization strategies.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment between vendor programs, operational processes, and organizational goals.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for assigned vendors, technologies, and programs.
  • Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and market opportunities to internal and external executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support team members, helping to build organizational knowledge and strengthen team capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, business development, product management, channel sales, category management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex business relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing revenue, profitability, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Proficiency with business applications, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within the IT distribution, technology, channel, or vendor management ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of vendor funding programs, rebate structures, and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business initiatives.
