Overview:
Sentara is hiring a Vendor Analyst!

This role is fully remote.

Overview

Designs, produces and analyzes Vendor and internal business owner operations and financial data and reports. Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, statistical tools, financial information systems and analytical principles to monitor, analyze, and communicate information in support of the business as it pertains to Vendors and operations.

Reviews invoices, verifies payments, and collaborates with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies when necessary. Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of business processes relating to operations and Vendors. Facilitate communication with Vendors and internal stakeholders. Develop, implement and monitor vendor performance plans when necessary.
Education
  • HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure
  • No specific certification or licensure requirements


Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Must have claims, insurance and insurance billing experience
  • Must have experience working with vendors and/or providers
  • QNXT experience (Preferred)
  • iCertis experience is good to have, not required


We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for full-time employment is: $60,756.80 - $101,254.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
