driven, high-energy Vehicle Acquisition Manager who knows how to
create opportunity out of every customer interaction. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role-this is a
front-line, in-the-drive, lead-generating, deal-creating position.

talk to anyone, build value fast, and convert conversations into inventory and sales, this is a high-income opportunity.
What You'll Do:Service Drive Conversion (Primary Focus)- Set up daily in the service lane and engage every customer in the drive
- Identify opportunities to upgrade, trade, or purchase vehicles
- Work closely with service advisors to turn ROs into deals
- Create urgency and excitement around upgrading into a newer vehicle
Vehicle Acquisition / Inventory Sourcing- Proactively acquire vehicles for our used car department
- Work KBB Instant Cash Offer leads to purchase vehicles directly from customers
- Contact and follow up with leads to set appointments and close acquisitions
- Appraise vehicles and partner with management to secure deals
Lead Mining & Prospecting- Mine Automotive Mastermind daily for equity and upgrade opportunities
- Identify high-probability customers and drive them into the dealership
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
What We're Looking For:- Previous automotive sales experience REQUIRED
- Strong communicator with the ability to approach and engage customers confidently
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable working the service lane and handling objections on the spot
- Experience with KBB ICO, equity mining, or lead generation is a BIG PLUS
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and close
