Job Description The Work: Designing, configuring, and implementing Regulatory Vault solutions to meet our business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize Veeva Vault applications, including Regulatory and one another Vault :Quality, Regulatory to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Veeva Vault.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Veeva Vault applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Train end-users and provide support to ensure effective use of Veeva Vault applications.
- This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Mississauga.
What you need:
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Veeva Vault Developer including experience with integrating Veeva Vault with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
- Minimum of two years of experience with Veeva Regulatory
- Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Veeva Vault Platform White Belt Certification
Bonus points if you have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Bachelors of Science , Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and tools such as Veeva Vault Java SDK, SQL, and XML.
