As an Operations Support Technician, you will directly contribute to the success of critical client missions.
Responsibilities- Working within a small team, you will interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy.
- You will develop new ways of solving problems and contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications- 5 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations
- Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support
- Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style
Desired experience - Creating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reports
- Experience in creating and delivering training materials
- Experience communicating with executives
Clearance- An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
